Hotel Nichols

« Room was okay for someone passing through town for the night. A clean bed to sleep in and plenty of hot water. TV had fire stick to watch shows. Decor outdated, front desk was very friendly and accommodating for late check in. »

« Front desk gave me to keys to a room that was already occupied and it was quite embarrassing to walk in on a man and a small child in the room. They told me it wasn't their mistake but rather corporate was working on the computer system and it showed that the room was unoccupied. I knew were being untruthful at the time. They said that they would refund $75 dollars but did not. I contacted corporate. Will not ever stay at this particular hotel again. »

« Ok »

« Parfais »

« Perfect »

« Other reviews have written it is very dated. Nothing broken however. No sign of dirt dust or bugs. Two small bars of soap provided in the bathroom, but no disposable plastic cup. Fortunately, I had bottled water with me for toothbrushing. »
