« The overall property's ambience was good. Staffs were polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean and maintained very well. Food served was tasty and good. Can improve breakfast menu still. Kids friendly property. »

« A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place. »

« Yes only about 45 min to mudumalai, excellent spot for wildlife and birds. But it is not easily accessible and no restaurants near by and kitchen was closed for most of the days we stayed there so I spent about Rs2000 each day on a cab to take us to dinner. The staff are very friendly but they are not used to running a hotel ? Didn't change towels or service the room in 3 days! Otherwise great place. »
