"Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommende und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein aber zum Schlafen reicht es. Dafür ist das Bett sehr gut. Man schläft sehr gut. Sehr haustierfreundlich. Typisches französiches Hotelfrühstück. Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut okay. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und man fährt für kleines Geld mit Hund problemlos in die City von Nimes. Der Parkplatz ist gesichert."

"OK, putting aside the rather small room (next time I book something bigger), this stay has been by far the best experience when it comes to service, I probably ever have experienced. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff was extraordinary, helpful, attentive and just best-in class. I know many, many other five star hotels which should better send their staff here for training. The rooms are lovely (except the size of our booked category), the bar too and the Duende Restaurant is from another galaxy (they deserve three stars and not the two stars they currently have). The staff at the restaurant is equally perfect as they are at the hotel. A pure bliss to stay here. Thank you very much and until next time!"

"Auf unserer Reise nach Spanien haben wir eine Nacht im Ibis Nimes Ouest verbracht. Die Lage des Hotels zur Autobahnanbindung ist kurz und optimal. ImUmfeld gibt es fußläufig erreichbar Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal im Hotel ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind einfach und praktisch ausgestattet (sauberes Bad/ großes Bett/ großer Fernseher). Das Frühstück ist prima. "
