« The hot tub is still broken, at least 6 months now but signs outside still have hot tub listed as amenity. The coffee machine was out of water the whole time we were there. Simple fix that makes a big difference in your stay. We love this hotel so it’s sad to see it not having all the comforts you get use to after staying here for over 5 years when we visit the lake. Rooms still nice, beds comfy, staff friendly and sunsets views can’t be beat. The pool and sauna were nice and working. »

« The hotel is showing its wear and tear bathrooms. Weren’t all that clean. There was never enough hot water. I couldn’t even fill up the bathtub to take a bath the usual muffins juice something like that but the best part is that the staff is just unbelievably helpful I couldn’t find my phone after we left and we came back to get it and the girls went and looked everywhere for me. It had gotten kicked underneath one of the tables. I thought that was incredible. They went and looked stopped at...
