« Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

« What a beautiful place. Nestled right along Beaver Lake with views to die for. Amazing sunsets, boat watching, breathtaking views. « We came to Arkansas for my grandsons baseball tournament. There were 4 adults and 3 teenage boys stayed the first night with us. Plenty of room for us all. This house was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, comfortable, roomy and it was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was stocked with many amenities that was an added bonus. The backyard was very nice but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it very much due to rain. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating...

« The house is in a very nice residential small town feel part of town. The house is clean and well equipped if you want to cook or just hang out. Garage play room was a little warm with the heat. We had a storm blow through and quite a few limbs fell. The property manager was very quick to come over and had help to clean up. »

"Cela fait deux hotels du groupe Whyndam en deux jours ou je passe une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis fait avoir par la nite sur hotels.com qui semblait tres convenable. La chambre etait en tres mauvaise etat et etait sale. Tapisserie qui se decroche, la ventilation de la salle bain qui se déclenchait avec la lumiÚre ainsi que la climatisation faisaient tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu les utiliser. Etat de propreté de la chambre inacceptable. Voir photos ci-joint. Je serais reconnaissant si vous faites un geste commercial suite à ces nuits "
