It sleeps 7 (not 8), unless there's a bed in the LR: a BR with single bed on main floor, and three 2-person bedrooms upstairs (two with queens & one with 2 twins). One queen bedroom has a private full bath, the other two upstairs BRs share a bath with large shower in the upper hall.
