« Very nice place. Good location »

« The room felt dated and the kitchen needed some repairs. Wood was peeled on the cabinets and the washing machine was full of rust spots »

« We had a great stay. The place was beautiful and had great views of the harbor. It was also located close to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved it. It was clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again in a heartbeat! »

« Room was clean and very close to everything 30A has to offer. We had a wonderful time and can’t recommend it enough! »

« Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay! »

« Resort is located in a great area for so many options. You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want, with all the amenities. Beach, pool, restaurants, bars, golf courses, and more. »

« Everything was as expected! Great place! The only thing I which we could change - to stay a bit longer on check out day then till 10am as our flight was afternoon. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. Great view of the ocean. There were 4 dolphins swimming directly in front of the condo on the morning we left. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Overall it was a great house and stay. There were issues w the hot tub temperature. Showers drained very slowly but to be say we weren’t satisfied would be very wrong. The 8 of us would stay there again and again. »

« The property overall was very nice. The condo was excellent, very well kept. There are enough pools so you don’t feel crowded and easy access to the beach. The Pelican Cafe has good options for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely choose this location again when visiting Destin. Bob is a great host, his response time to message is great. Overall, very pleased! »

This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund. I have pictures of mold in the drain of the hallway bathroom along with the dirty light switch as well as the masterļ bedroom ceiling fan is falling down when my husband...
