« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« Nicest Holiday Inn Express that we have stayed.The breakfast had a large selection with fabulous cinnamon rolls. We would definitely stay at this location again. Close to I-20. »

« They had my room amenities wrong. I explained to the operator with Hilton and she offered me to change to another one of their hotels at my expense or keep what I had since I booked through a third party. The bed was broken; small black bugs crawling all over the floor and walls in the bathroom; mold and mildew all in bathroom »

« Once again, the hotel could invest in better wash cloths and towel. Floor should be Vacuum sweeping misses a lot of stuff on hard floors. »

« Breakfast was a disaster. One coffee machine broken. Staff couldn't keep the coffee pump container filled, ran out of half and half. Ham was so tough you could barely hack through it. »

« I don’t usually give reviews but Hamilton House was truly exceptional. The rooms are incredibly clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries. Breakfast is prepared fresh….no powdered eggs or cereal. You will feel like you’re at home only better! Highly recommend! »

« The staff is wonderful! Rosalyn was especially helpful and kind! I stayed with my son who is a wheelchair user, in a regular double room (non wheelchair accessible). He was able to use the toilet/sink fine. There was no space in the room to do anything but go straight or backwards with his wheelchair, but we made it work. The beds are very high and that was issue for him. Breakfast was good with actual food (eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy, biscuits, waffles). The dryer in the guest laundry room...
