„Expedia confirmed my reservation but the moment i arrived, its even passed the check in time, the front desk couldn’t give me a room with an indefinite waiting time. I waited for more than an hour, i had to call customer service and patiently go back and fort to ask for available room until they were forced to give me one. I came from a 12 hrs drive and had to stop and check in due to the blizzard. Online booking was supposedly for my convenience and yet it did not serve any convenience at all, ...
