« Before you respond to this review in the obscene way that I have seen you respond to other people’s reviews, I’ll first point out that this group travels often (& stays in a lot of high-quality vacation rentals), so we have a pretty solid benchmark. When 3 days prior to arrival we learned our property was “accidentally double booked”, we were told this home was an “upgrade” and “three times better” than the one we originally booked—which honestly make us wonder what three times worse looks...

« Looking for the villa experience in Phoenix? We have stayed at both the Westin Kierland Villas and Marriott's Canyon Villas in Phoenix/Scottsdale several times each. Upon check-in (room wasn't ready until after 4:00 pm as stated), we were told that the adjacent JW resort facilities were not available like usual due to a "black out week". Never once was this communicated to us up front by the host, the actual Marriott point holders who had the week, nor Canyon Villas themselves. The listing...
