When 3 days prior to arrival we learned our property was “accidentally double booked”, we were told this home was an “upgrade” and “three times better” than the one we originally booked—which honestly make us wonder what three times worse looks ...

„Size of the property the responsiveness of the owner and the understanding of the owners when we notified them of issues with the property - none of which impacted our group of 19 enjoying the trip. I would just say some of the additional amenities paid for should have been included once the spend level gets above a certain threshold and the price per person over a certain limit should be reduced or eliminated when you are advertising it is for large groups. „We enjoyed on 6 day stay at the Marriott Canyon Villas. It accommodated our family of 5 adults and 2 kids very well. Our room was next to the main pool and lobby. An added bonus was being able to use the JW Marriott’s pool. We would definitely stay here again. “

Upon check-in (room wasn't ready until after 4:00 pm as stated), we were told that the adjacent JW resort facilities were not available like usual due to a "black out week".
