„The hosts of this property charge exorbitant, sometimes undisclosed fees, (100 for sports equipment and 50 for unrequested firewood which they were reluctant to refund). Check-in was delayed 35 minutes due to an wrong door code and unresponsive customer service, forcing us to contact the host directly.Despite paying 300/night to heat he pool (we received a partial refund) it was freezing upon arrival. „Size of the property the responsiveness of the owner and the understanding of the owners when we notified them of issues with the property - none of which impacted our group of 19 enjoying the trip. I would just say some of the additional amenities paid for should have been included once the spend level gets above a certain threshold and the price per person over a certain limit should be reduced or eliminated when you are advertising it is for large groups.
