« Très bon hôtel a Arco Belles prestations Accueil impeccable »

« Everything about Chalet Chapeau R. a R. was wonderful. Both Marco and Stefano were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the spa was amazing! We had fabulous breakfasts both days and the pasta Stefano cooked was delicious. The place was very relaxing and a perfect place to explore different hiking trails. »

There was no restaurant, no air conditioning, and the overall standard was well below our expectations. The biggest disappointment was that our room was not cleaned even once during our three-night stay. The beds were never made, the towels were not replaced, and no housekeeping was provided at...

« We arrived late and it was all well organised for us to get access. The contact was always easy and the exchanges were kind and clear. Now that we know this place in Trento- we will definitely return when we are in the region! »

Ci tornerei volentieri . »

« Nice room, friendly staff »
