« NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. « Great property for 1 person or a couple. Had everything you needed. The host is wonderful and the goats and chickens were a nice surprise. Only thing that was not explained enough was it does not have central air conditioning, just a window unit in bedroom that did not cool the whole apartment. Was only a there to sleep, so worked for me. »

« The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get. »

Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done.
