„Communication with owner and the lady who's the manages the rentals was fantastic. They were considerate but couldn't help out since the whole place was booked that day. It emptied out the following day and we didn't get offered a better spot. According to Vrbo we thought we rented the one 20 steps off the water because of medical reasons and ended up 150 steps off the water with a small concrete slab and a gravel parking lot outside our door.
