« Unfortunately we would not return to this house. We loved the proximity to beach and the lake view from the upstairs bedroom, and appreciated the upstairs AC unit. That was about all we were able to enjoy… the place was very dirty, dishes weren’t clean, throw blankets were not washed and had awful smells. Shower was small with no soap, shampoo, etc. There were SO many bugs both outside and inside, which I’m sure is just a seasonal May thing and not the property owner’s fault. However, there were...

So much better than the typical day of check in communication.The premises had space to park a boat, which was a major factor in choosing this property. The lodge also had a shared laundry room which was made available to guests after 4 pm.The unit was very clean and Elizabeth communicated from booking all the way through check. « The house is very nice. We were there during a heat wave and the A/C units (one upstairs, one down) provided more than adequate cooling. Loved the high ceilings too! The property is very private and secluded. There's no wifi, but cell service was strong. We'll be back! »

« Honestly, I loved almost everything about the stay, great setup and comfortable space. However, the master bedroom had a very strong animal pee smell, which made it unusable. Also, the bathroom didn’t have any hand soap, which was inconvenient. Everything else was nice, but these issues definitely affected the experience. »
