We had a large group, though the house is not very big, the layout worked exceptionally well. There is large grassy play area and a large deck for entertaining the kids. It is right across the street from a fishing/swimming beach that also has a hiking trail.The location was perfect for our group. „Clean and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. Our dog loved the very large, fenced in, backyard. We didn't use the deck or the firepit, but both looked nice. Inside the house was clean and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. Large TVs in the living room, master bedroom and 1 other bedroom. “
