« Perfect location if you plan to wander College Avenue or attend the fine arts downtown. The backyard is charming and allowed us to sit amongst the flowers and catch up with our friends. The house was spotless and decorated nicely. We had dinner reservations at Lombardi's Steakhouse and it was only about a four/five block walk. The owner was excellent to work with and lived near by so they managed taking out the garbage and other things most VRBO properties ask the renter to do, so very cool. »
