« The listing said the room I was reserving had a memory foam mattress which is the ONLY reason I chose it as I needed a bed that was not hard, as hard beds hurt my shoulders and neck. Well the bed was not memory foam and I got very little sleep. What sleep I did get was painful. »

« was as expected for the price/area/activity we were attending. VERY disappointed with the lack of electricity in the outlets of both of our kids rooms, employee's were very unhelpful and advised "go somewhere else" while knowing the town was completely full ..took just minutes the next morning for a maintenance person to rectify the situation. Very Poor service for our family »
