„I've stayed here many times over the last 20 years visiting family, but this will be the last. It's gone downhill a bit the last few years - maintenance, cleanliness - but this time was the worst. We booked a King room. The first room we were given smelled of smoke. I asked for a different King room - instead was offered two smaller beds, air freshener, etc. When I threatened a bad review, the clerk finally relented and gave me "their best room", a suite with kitchen facilities.
