Hotel Nord-Ouest d'Oklahoma City

« Breakfast not very good. No room service over the 3 days there. No towels for a shower. No toilet paper in room or on first floor bathroom very uncomfortable situation bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioner was super loud each time it cycled on. No coffee in room. Am sure there’s more things but dang headache thinking about it. Never stay there again ever »

« Price was good...BUT Bed was stiff and on the hard side. Pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Website pages showed photos of the Lincoln Inn, not the Executive Inn so all the breakfast area photos were false advertising for this place - no waffles, no coffee, nothing but a vending machine. I chose this place over another place I usually stay at because of the breakfast photos. Also floors were older carpet, not the "pergo" style floors in the photos. There was a jetted tub...

« Séjour de 3 nuits agréable bien la chambre soit un peu petite et que la déco soit simple. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de micro onde dans la chambre. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, le petit déjeuner est correct par contre la propreté de la piscine est à revoir. »

« Malheureusement cela fut une mauvaise expérience. En arrivant dans la chambre, on a remarqué que le linge des lits étaient sales (taches) tout comme la salle de bain. En demandant une autre chambre ou même du linge de lit propre, les deux propositions ont eues des réponses négatives. Plusieurs équipements n’étaient également pas entretenus Clim, tuyauterie…. On a du dormir avec nos essuies, car il étaient trop tard pour changer d’hôtel. »

« As soon as you enter this hotel, you can feel how clean and tidy it is. The front desk staff are especially friendly. Although the hotel isn't large, it offers a complete range of facilities, making it a great value for money! »

« There wasn't a thing I liked about it. First day we got there the receptionist could hardly speak English and it was very difficult to talk to her or ask anything. I had asked for a first floor and there wasn't any available. Had to go to the second floor and my Sister on the first. Breakfast was terrible. The toaster and waffle machine were not working. My Sister's room spelled of cigarette and the bathroom was filthy. Tried to communicate it to the receptionist, but she didn't understand....

« L'hôtel par lui-même est correct mais quand on arrive dans la chambre, la première impression est la négligence, les rideaux décrochés déchirés sales le siège de bureau indigne d'une déchèterie fauteuil tâché, le dessus de lit tâché ne donne pas envie de se coucher. Sinon dans l'ensemble la propreté est là et le confort aussi. »

« The Ellison is an amazing boutique hotel in a classic part of Oklahoma City. There are some great shops near by such as Trader Joes, Lulu Lemon - just to name a few. The Hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bedding is comfy and the amenities in the rooms are nice. The restaurant has some delicious options and the staff is very accommodating.
