„They are all greedy and would not give me a refund even though I didn't stay there and canceled my reservation.“

„I had an emergency change in my clinical rotation site 72 hours after booking and was only refunded 50% of the full amount paid and no options for a full refund. I booked on a Friday and sent email to cancel on a Monday- even though I booked in less than 30 days of stay- no grace period allowed and was not empathetic to situation. “

„My kid loved the comfy room and we all had a really nice time unwinding together.“

„Great service and a fantastic stay! Definitely worth the price.“

„Best group trip ever! We all loved the snacks and drinks from the vending machines, perfect for our late night hangouts. Can't wait to come back again!“

„Sehr klein. Schmutzige Gegend überall Müll stinktiere. Einrichtung teilweise kaputt. Das Haus wird auch zum Verkauf angeboten vielleicht lag es daran das keine Mühe mehr reingesteckt wird.“

„The property was neat, clean and cozy, just as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Autumn and her husband were friendly and answered any questions we had. The location was close to everything and an easy drive into Boerne.“

„The room was dirty. Internet and tv were not working. It didn’t look like the pictures. I asked for clean towels and another room. The attendant was unsympathetic and said the hotel was booked. I would’ve requested a refund but I got the hotel in the evening and it would’ve been near impossible to get a refund and another decent place. Never going back.“

„Good stay“
