« We needed one night lodging en route to RMNP and this location was very convenient. Hotel size room sufficient for two adults. King size bed was very comfortable and toiletries teas coffee were available. A patio door allows direct access to outdoor setting area overlooking small water feature with fountain. Check in main lobby at center of the large complex on north side of building …we drove all the way around the parking lot before locating front desk to check in. »

« My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond for us! Front desk staff Elizabeth spoke with me weeks before our trip about my reservations and went above to help us have a great room with a nice view. The concierge, Miya, also exceeded our expectations of decorating the room for our visit. The entire staff as a whole were very friendly, kind, and welcoming! The resort is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely recommend and revisit. »

« Checking awful.we were not registered. I booked a room premium with balcony. Room dark up the ski store rental with no view and no balcony.the worst room in the hotel i guess.when we check out they charged the 2 nights!! Forget the check in team at aspen st regis. »
