« Quiet and nice staff »

« Staff were friendly at check in. We were not notified that the hot tub was ice cold. The pool area was DISGUSTING, like it had never been cleaned before. There was hair piled all around the drains on the floor around the pool area and there was a horrible musty smell in there. Room was decent but again like it wasn’t even vacuumed there was clumps of hair on the floor in our room. Breakfast was opened a half hour late, resulting in my kids not getting breakfast before having to leave early that...

« Loved the location and the room was beautiful! So appreciated communication prior to arrival which made checking in and settling in very easy. The lake is approximately one block away and is absolutely gorgeous! »

« The staff was very nice, the room was fine with the exception of the extremely noisy A/C unit. The breakfast was OK with very limited options. The hotel restaurant/bar was great.....Good food with very fast, courteous service at a fair price. It worked out well for our visit to "The Shed" as it was right next door! »
