« EVERYONE SHOULD STAY HERE!!!! This is a fantastic resort and motel to stay at - great owners - property is very nice - sit outside and look at the Rainey River and CANADA! We had a small cabin - just like a retro-vacation cabin - had a little kitchen + Outdoor BBQ grill. Nice inside living area and 2 bedrooms - we had plenty of room and really enjoyed this cabin! And the PRICE - was FABULOUS - very value-friendly. We RECOMMEND this to everyone. »

« We had a great time. Everything you would expect from a Minnesota Cabin. The lake was nice and caught several nice fish...we put them back so they're still in there. Dog loved it. Too hot for the hot tub but looked well kept and perfect for cooler weather. We'd go back again. Friendly neighbors/people passing by on the lake. There was one restaurant about 15 minutes away. Brought a George Foreman and that worked out nice for cooking. There was a grill but never used it/looked at it....

« My husband and I along with our two boys (ages 16 and 14) stayed at Sandy Pines for three nights. The boys enjoyed fishing on the lake (we brought our own boat). Our boys also took the kayaks out and fished some on their own. The view from the deck was a perfect spot to sit and drink your coffee in the morning. Amy had EVERYTHING you needed to make this cabin home for your stay. The cabin was very clean. We would definitely stay there again! »

« Randy was awesome host. Water and coffee as well as flavored creamer. The cabin was well stocked with plastic utensils and paper plates as well as coffee cups and other dishes. Nice refrigerator and freezer, toaster and microwave. Everything you would need. Wish we were there longer to enjoy some fishing. »

« Had a great stay at Leech Lake Lodge! Perfect location for our fall family pheasant hunt at Bader's Pheasant Run which is just minutes away. We were here when the fall colors were out and really enjoyed walking the nearby trails and the beautiful fall views from rooms and deck. The lodge worked out great for us - there was space for everyone to sleep, plenty of bedding, towels, dishes & small appliances - even a couple of comfy dog beds & dishes for our pets. Some nice small touches too -...

« This cozy home is exactly what we needed. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The decor is well thought out and communicates a welcoming and comfortable home. Kara, the owner, was so hospitable and accommodating when we experienced an unexpected event. Indeed this beautiful setting is amongst the kindest people we’re have ever met. I highly recommend this place to stay. »

« We booked Cabin 2 for a weekend hunting trip and really enjoyed our experience. The staff was very accommodating when we needed to change our booking, and again when the weather caused us to check-in after regular hours. The resort is pet friendly, but our cabin was very clean and we couldn't tell if there had ever been a dog in there. The cabins feel like like actual cabins, not just impersonal sleeping rooms. We had a great time, and we're looking forward to booking again next year. »

"We stopped back and forth during our road trip. Nothing too fancy, but it's clean, friendly receptionists every time. They accept dogs at , I think 25$ US. I would have been nice to have free breakfast, but they don't have it. McDonald's is just across though. Also a decent amount of restaurants for dinner in the area. I would stop again there. Also the cheapest hotel in the area that I found. "
