« Could not have asked for more. Cabin is well equipped and feels homey, without being claustrophobic. Good shower, and mini kitchen equipped with kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, plus a barbecue outside. Felt private and peaceful. Looking out onto the fields was very relaxing, and meeting the animals was a wonderful experience! Great list of recommendations, hosts very friendly and attentive without being ‘in your face’. Easy parking, loads to explore nearby! »

« The perfect place to stay for families and so close to the beach! The host was extremely attentive and supported when I had a small issue. The lodge is a lovely place to stay and I would defintely stay here with my family again! »

« We've already recommended this amazing lodge to friends & family.We booked this to escape our hectic work lives and to relax with our dog, Mable. Hosts Jennifer & Tim were both lovely.Very welcoming, complimentary cookies, lodge has everything you need, bed is so comfy, hot tub was flawless and so relaxing, surrounding areas are amazing for long walks and we received everything we hoped for. « A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. « We had a lovely few days in the very clean Cozynook , small but everything you needed was there. Very dog friendly with secure outside space. Great location with easy access to National Trust woods, beaches, community shop and excellent local pubs. »

« Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. « Cozy cabin a stone’s throw from a beautiful beach. Down a private road with parking outside & direct beach access opposite. The property is lovely & comfortable & well equipped. Very peaceful but with amenities within walking distance & perfectly placed to explore the gorgeous North Norfolk Coast. Very responsive hosts. « We couldnt have been happier with our stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, housing everything we needed while away from home, we didnt need anything addition, inside or out. Very pleased with the main bedroom, with en-suite, had a super night sleep in the bed. Air-con...with the heat wave we had, was a god send. Kitchen - everything that was needed. TV in each bedroom, (the adults didnt have to spend the evenings watching cartoons). So pleased, we are looking at booking...

« This was our 4th visit to River Rest and yet again we were not disappointed. Everything about the property makes you come away feeling so relaxed. Tina was as attentive as ever, she goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. « What a find! A little place steeped in history, pub on the doorstep and Wells next the Sea just 5 minutes away. If you love cricket and horses, then this is about perfect! Lots of little details catered for: welcome pack; toiletries; lots of outdoor seating; dog treats; hairdryer; corkscrew and a comfy bed. The hot tub is welcome after a day of exploring. Had a super stay - thank you. »

« Great location but the house wasn't that clean , shower walls looked like hadn't been cleaned in months and just looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned , had to move the sofa out to use plug and really dirty behind sofa cobwebs and general dirt , ok wasn't expecting 5 stars but did expect it to be cleaned properly . see below pic of shower ! got to say it's the worst place we have stayed at sadly . »
