"It's centrally located, clean, basic, and a good, local restaurant connected. For such a quaint place, has fridge, hot tea or coffee in room, lock safe. Within minutes of some fine dining in downtown Waterville, which has free parking. Not plush, but clean, and basic. Good deal."

Nice motel
"Rooms are updated and in good condition. But we had a lot of flies in our room when we arrived and were not able to get rid of them, that was a little weird. Breakfast was very basic. Would recommend the motel, but the price for what you get was too high"

"Having never been here before, I was surprised by how easy they made it to find the property. The driveway down to the house is NOT paved but safe to drive down. It’s not steep or slick. Starting with the astounding view as you drive in to the fact that the camp is right on the water and the main house (we didn't use the very nice-looking suite above the garage) was spotless, modern and extremely comfortable. ..."
