« My family and I had a great experience staying at Sophie’s place in Medford, Long Island. The location is very convenient (only a short walk) to good restaurants and supermarkets. « The cottage was perfect for our stay and exactly as listed. The location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located to the many restaurants on Main Street. It’s only about a 50 minute drive to the wineries on the North Fork. Check in was easy and smooth and great communication from the owner. The cottage is located in a beautiful backyard that we were also able to enjoy. Would definitely rent again for a future trip. »

« Our stay was peaceful and stress free, having to worry about very little. Plenty of space and activities for everyone (of all ages) to be happy and engaged. We loved walking down to the water, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the hot tub, playing pool/ping-pong, and much more. Will certainly be returning. All basic necessities were thoughtfully available (washer/dryer, shower soaps and shampoo, blankets, sheets, towels, etc.) and in good condition. We will definitely return to this lovely...

« I rented this for my wife's birthday weekend, as we also had an extended family event at Cupsogue. I liked the idea of a cozy bungalow in the water. I, however, remember the units described as renovated, and that is a very misleading description. That is, they weren't in the best condition. That said, they withstood a terrible rain storm early Sunday AM. The pathway between the units goes straight down and with steps going into the bay. The lighting in the complex at night is beautiful. »

« My family and I had another wonderful stay at the Beach and Bay Bungalows. This was our 2nd time staying there and I honestly do not think it could ever get old. We had bungalow 7 which is right on the bay and it was simply beautiful. The ocean is a short walk across the street and the private beach is so nice. The cute town of West Hampton is 5 minutes away and it has everything you need. It was a great stay and I hope to be back very soon. »

« These last 2 times I’ve stayed at this property is always nice. The problem I have is the side door exiting the property which is closest to my room is never locked or secured by a room key entry. It’s been broken and anyone can enter or exit. It’s not safe at all. I always have to keep a look out behind me when entering through that way when it’s late because there’s never any available parking in front. »
