Staff never came to clean our room , we stayed with friends and there room never got cleaned also we had to take our trash out and the beds were never made on this 3 day weekend, and go to the lobby to get new towels , this hotel is best a 2 star hotel , highly don’t recommend

The toilet didndt work the entire stay, the phone didn’t work and the curtains didn’t work. The hotel was loud at night, waking up several times throughout the night. I checked out the 15 instad of the 16.

I was unable to loginto Wifi prompting two calls to the front desk to get a special code. Even with the code, the wifi was spotty resulting in my losing a few hours of work.

This was perfect. The staff was absolutely lovely. They had breakfast and the room and property itself was very very clean. I felt safe staying there and it’s close to the airport. Very convenient. The Ubers were easily accessible and you can walk to the outlets. Mainly the staff was the best!!

The property itself was clean and modernized. The included breakfast and 24-hr coffee area were so nice/yummy! The beds were probably the only let down, just not as soft, fluffy mattresses as I would have hoped. Overall, a great place to stay!

The hotel is pretty new ,very modern and clean. They promote quiet times, but we unfortunately made the experience in our one night stay that the design of the building seems to be rather cheap because we had a guest in the room above us that was very active for several hours late at night and very early in the morning during these quiet times and we heard all of it. We called the front desk twice and asked them to contact the guest but later learned that during the night shift they have only one person working and if the guest doesn’t answer the phone when they call, they cannot leave their post and just go to the guest room and knock on the door. I think this is not acceptable for two reasons. First…we paid for the room and so did the other guest, but they did what they wanted to do, but we didn’t get sleep and again during advertised quiet times. At the same time, it makes me wonder how save this hotel if somebody would walk into the lobby and you have only one person and no security or anything , is that really safe?

It was a good stay. The only problem was no charge station nearby for our electric rental car.

The room was way too small for 3 people. Could not even move around in it. Was suppose to be a handicapped room but wasn't. So I had to pay $109 extra for 2 nights for my handicapped room.

The staff was exceptional and extremely accommodating. The pool was sparkling clean. Their breakfast was SO good, the best that I have had at a hotel since COVID hit. They had a full hot breakfast and cold breakfast, omelets, bacon, pancakes, toast, bagels, cereal, juice, literally… almost anything you could want. The rooms have awesome shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. We really enjoyed our short stay!!!
