Ski weekend, summer hiking trip, fall foliage escape, or a long-overdue reset: booking both homes gives everyone room to spread out while staying together, with space for up to 13 across five bedrooms.

Twister is the larger of the two, a four-bedroom townhome with a relaxed, lived-in mountain feel and plenty of room to settle in after a day outside. It sleeps up to nine — a king room, a queen room, a full room, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks — so there's a comfortable spot for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick pre-slope breakfast to a casual group dinner, and the living room is built for gathering once the day winds down. Step onto the deck for mountain views and a BBQ grill, and when the temperature drops, get the wood-burning fireplace going — firewood's stocked right outside the door from Thanksgiving through March.

Little Twister Siste, just a short walk away in the same complex, brings a character all its own. Exposed brick walls give the space a grounded, lived-in warmth that takes the edge off a long day outside. The single bedroom is anchored by two king beds, with a sleeper sofa in the living room rounding out comfortable sleeping for four — a great fit for the overflow crew or a couple of families who want a little breathing room. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Sleeping arrangements include pull-out sofas, so there's plenty of room for the whole group.

- The clubhouse is open 24 hours, and the pool and sauna are open daily from 9am to 9pm.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
