Hotel North Dayton

« Room was very nice and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was relatively empty so very quiet. Only complaint was way too much chlorine/chemicals in the pool and absolutely no clean towels in the pool area. My kids used the gym and said it was nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good—bacon nice and crispy and the pancake machine was easy to use. »

« One of the worst hotel stays of my life. We booked months in advance and arrived at 10am after a wet soccer game. Though we knew it was early, front desk staff (Roshonda) assured us she'd prioritize our rooms as they were cleaned. Three hours later, we were still waiting. When we asked again, she offered king rooms — but we all had 3–4 people per room and had booked doubles. She confirmed we'd have our rooms before 2pm. The rooms never came so we left for soccer game #2. We returned at 7:30pm...

« Check-In was fast. The hotel is in good condition and comfortable. The room are spacious. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. »

« Absolutely filthy. Beer bottle under bed. Not vacuumed. Road noise was terrible. Bathroom floor had dirt everywhere, like actual sand/mud. Tub didn't drain. Shower curtain had burn holes in it. Hall was filthy. Broken flooring in elevator. Staff was polite. Parking lot was clean. »
