Received addtional invoice from the owner adding 250 dolars pet fee (125x2 pets) which was not listed on the property description that only mentions "pet friendly". »

« We loved our right-next-to-the-water one night stay in The Nantucket. The sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom are about 5 feet from the water. We loved watching the sun rise over the bay and having breakfast on the porch. The bed was comfortable - felt like memory foam. My five year old slept on the pull out couch (I would not want to sleep on that, but she was fine!) This place is such a tranquil beautiful waterside bungalow. « I got to stay here with some friends for a long weekend. Everything was as described. Location was superb, the small beach is a block away and at night with the windows open you could hear the waves. The cottage had everything we needed, and was well stocked with cleaning supplies. I wish we had better weather as I would have loved the chance to use the grill and sit out on the patio. Communication with the owners was outstanding and they were very quick to reply. 10/10 would recommend! »
