„Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting with are daughter at FGCU. Went to Sanibel Island during our stay and had a great time. Upon arriving the pool was dirty and the property owner was very friendly, responsive, and very apologetic. He got a pool cleaner out the very next day for us. Very pleased.“

„Communication with the host was so easy. She was very responsive to all messages and even gave us some recommendations for dining out. Extra nice touch of leaving some snacks and bottled water out. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Ample parking. Nice little patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. We definitely plan to be back!“

„We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for Father’s Day weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and perfectly prepared for us. The house features a large pool with a relaxing jacuzzi and a spacious lanai — perfect for enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. „The listing is accurate. The house was recently built and has a great modern design. Our favorite spots were the tiki hut on the dock, the kitchen and the pool with the screen enclosure. The owners communicated well and the house was very clean. The only opportunity for improvement is that it was missing a paddle for one of the kayaks. Overall awesome house. Highly recommended!“
