« We were welcomed by a very nice lady. Who was very helpful. Our room was very clean and had what we needed. The room very quiet. It’s not 4 or 5 star, but we felt safe. There are 2 negatives to our experience. 1. There is NO ELEVATOR, so we were on the 2nd floor and had to carry bags upstairs. 2. The hairdryer didn’t work. Otherwise it was very good. »

« The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were fantastic, and our stay in the Grand Royal Suite exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the hand-holding trail—it gave us a unique opportunity to connect and enjoy quality time together while sharing an activity. One thing to note is that there are no windows throughout the room, which adds to its private and secluded atmosphere. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back! »

"HĂŽtel trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  Helen. Chambre (je pense rĂ©novĂ©e rĂ©cemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est trĂšs bien et tous les produits d’hygiĂšne sont disponibles. Le petit plus Ă  4 est que le lavabo est Ă  l’extĂ©rieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est trĂšs pratique. En points Ă  amĂ©liorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit dĂ©jeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait ĂȘtre plus consĂ©quents. "
