« We had a great time staying on the Albatross. It’s convenient to downtown and restaurants. An uber is a quick 5 min ride. The owner shares this: the walk to the boat is very very long with baggage. Park by the steakhouse. Use rolling carry on bags!The boat is older, but comfortable. »

« Totally understand it’s a house boat, but the spiders and cob webs were pretty bad. I feel sorry for anyone over 6 feet tall trying to use the restroom and dirty shower. There was also layers of dust on the fans in each room that was flaring up my daughter’s allergies. We ended up driving back home 4 hours away at midnight because of those issues. »

« Our experience on the houseboat was exceptional! The boat is in wonderful shape and made the perfect venue for our family during a University of Tennessee football weekend. We had plenty of space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop party deck was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
