„Insgesamt ok, sehr schöner Zugang zum See mit der Möglichkeit zu kayaken. Allerdings stimmte die Zimmergrösse nicht mit den Angaben überein und die Terrasse zum Garten war eher ein Austritt zum Parkplatz. Das sollte auf der Website richtig gestellt werden.“

„Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von dem Hotel. Von außen macht es nicht viel her (sieht eher motel-mäßig aus), aber das Zimmer war echt in Ordnung, vor allem die vollständig eingerichtete Küche hat uns gefallen. Die Schrankbetten mögen nicht jedem zusagen, aber sie sind bequem. Außerdem liegt das Hotel gleich am Fuß der Berge, also optimal für Wanderer, und im Sommer ist es hier super ruhig (ganz im Gegensatz zur den Orten direkt am Lake Tahoe).“

„Great place to stay in Tahoe. Quiet, clean, and cool cabin/ condo style place. Not sure if it was supposed to work, but the fireplace switch didn’t turn anything on. Also the control for the AC didn’t work, luckily the weather was mild. The description advertised incline beach being walking distance (11 min but it was actually more like 30 min) and it’s a private beach with no access. They should probably remove that as a perk of the place. There are public beaches close by, just not in incline ...

„Great townhouse condo in Kings beach. 2 min drive to beach and 10 mins to Northstar. The place is large and has all the details you look for in a rental. This place was great for our family of 6. The older boys stayed in the loft and the two large bedrooms downstairs were great. Would stay again. Easy access to rhe condo from parking. “

„Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it.“

„The condominium complex is very nice. The view from the patio, relaxing in the chairs was our favorite part. The condo was pretty clean, but the bathroom has seen better days. My biggest issue with the place was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and the futon couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable and had some issues. If they updated the bed and the couch, it would be a much better place to stay.“

„Quaint end unit condo in a great location. The complex has great amenities: hot tub, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and restaurant. Check in process was easy and communication with owners was timely and efficient. Would recommend this listing and will be back.“
