„Upon arrival, the property had not been thoroughly vacuumed, and we needed to address this ourselves. Additionally, some of the bed linens had an unpleasant odor. The garage on the left side did not open with the provided access code, and the water heater appeared to be malfunctioning, as the kitchen faucet and the bedroom on the far right had only cold water throughout our stay. Overall, given the price paid, we expected a higher standard and a better experience.“

„My family and I stayed in the Regency Way house In January. It was our second time at this beautiful house. We liked everything about it. Definitely the location is the best with parks and attractions nearby. Spacious, modern furnished house with outstanding and jacuzzi. We really enjoyed time spent in this house. I rated house as four stars only for a couple things. Kitchen faucet is broken and needs to be repaired, no lights in refrigerator and some pots and pans needed to be replaced due to ...

„Another amazing trip! This was our second time staying in winter. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, is warm and welcoming and tastefully decorated. We spent the mornings sledding behind the house and the afternoons at the lake. Highly recommend. Ellen was very responsive when my brother had questions about the hot tub, and was flexible with checkout. Thank you!“
