Everything was awesome, the hot tub didnt work because they were waiting for a new heating element. The owner always responded within minutes. Location was great. Pool was large and had a deep end.The other owners there were very friendly, and the beach was very nice and easily accessible.

The condo itself was very nice and clean. Centrally located and an easy walk to the beach! Beds were nice and mattresses were clean and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and never felt crowded. Smart TV are a must with young kids. There was 1 in every room! Pool and hot tub clean and easily accessible. Would stay again. (Building itself could use some updates, but David's unit was great.)

It was dated but clean. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked. Good location, easy to get in and out of, plenty of parking not much traffic.Over all i would stay here again.

Family vacay

My husband and four children and I stayed from Monday-Saturday. It was very clean and had all of the items we needed for a very relaxing week. It was very well taken care of. I would stay there again we made many memories.

Great Stay

This was a great setup for our week in Myrtle for dance nationals. The 3 bedrooms gave us space to spread out. The property is older and needs some updating but it has been kept clean and well maintained. The host was very quick to answer questions. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived but it was quickly taken care of and did not interrupt or impact or stay at all. We will definitely keep this property in mind the next time we are in NMB.

This condo was just what we needed for a family of 6 with two of those being teenage boys. It was spacious and fully appointed with all we needed for the week. The beds were comfortable, but if you have boys (or girls) 6 ft. or taller, their feet will hang off the end if the twin beds. The condo looked true to the listing pictures. An excellent location right around the corner from the elevator and one floor up from the walkway to the pool and hot tub. The grounds were kept well, and the walk to the beach was easy for our elderly parents. All in all, this was a great stay and our host, David, was attentive and easy to reach.

NMB - Girls Trip

The accommodations were fair, however, the cleanliness of the room, and the pool area were disappointing. I would like to request the cleaning fee be returned, as I left our condo in better condition than we found it at arrival. I was able to clean counter tops with stuck on stains with a Clorox wipe and some elbow grease. The pool has names of past guests etched into the grimy tile showing what can only be years of neglect. Dead bugs, flies, sea grass all collected in corners of the pool as the filtration and skimming were not working properly. Additionally, the hot tub wasn't in working order and I saw effort in fixing it.

Great Stay and Location

Our Family totaly enjoyed staying at Seascape #101.. Location and the short walk to the beach and the family atmosphere were all plus . Commuication with David far exceeded any expectation during our stay . Any questions during the check in process to any issues and to the check out process were all answer quickly ..Never a delay .. Our Family dentinitely would stay again !! Thank you David !

Clean Condo

Would of liked tables with umbrellas to sit by the pool and relax and some tables to sit outside to eat when you use the grill. Would of liked a better view on the balcony to see the water. Wish the Hot Tub was located in a different area than where it is.

Amazing property

Location of the property is great, close to everything in North Myrtle. Very spacious condo, we had 3 adults and 2 children with plenty of room for us 5. The property manager is great with communication and details!

Great Location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and enjoyable. David was very responsive to any issues that came up and was quick to resolve them. Even when we had an issue with parking, David was so helpful and provided answers for us in a timely manner. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The pool was clean as well. We did not use the hot tub, but the hot tub area was clean as well. We especially loved the convenience of the elevator!

Cozy and fun

We had such a great time staying at this property. Owner was amazing and very communicative. We were so appreciative of the clear and simple check in and check out processes. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked with cookware, bedrooms were perfect for us, our 8 year old, and 11 year old. Small view of the beach from the balcony, but we knew that when we booked. The private laundry room was a major plus for this family of 4. Close to grocery and restaurants. Down the stairs and across the pool deck to the beach. Parking was a bit precarious due to small lot and most guests having large trucks and suv, but manageable. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Dave for a great experience!

Great sea getaway

Excellent 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. Perfect for a small or larger group. Convenient to excellent resturaunts and shopping nearby. Ground floor makes accessing the beach a breeze. We are repeat guests for a reason.
