This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.Only a short walk from the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, Bubba's Beach Blessing offers a convenient home base for exploring North Myrtle Beach. This pet-friendly four-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home is located approximately six houses from the beach, with a furnished balcony and comfortable indoor accommodations. Public beach access is approximately a 36 minute walk away or a short drive, making it easy to enjoy sunny beach days and the beautiful Atlantic shoreline during your Cherry Grove getaway.The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, whether you're cooking breakfast before a beach outing or sitting down to dinner with family. No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 pillowcases. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.

September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.
