Great space on the beach

This property is AMAZING - everyone loved having their own room and bathroom, and the common areas are perfect for a large group to mingle. It's less than a block from the beach and everyone loved our stay!

House not ready for us.

We loved the space but, pool was not cleaned or running properly. The washer upstairs was not hooked up we started water running so we had to fix. Dishwasher was not set up correctly. Not all of the tv's worked in bedrooms. Screws came out of door. BUT, we loved the kitchen area which was stocked with enough dishes. One thing we would have liked was additional broom for upstairs or a sweeper. If the pool would have been ready our stay would rate 10. The washer and tv's were just something that should have been fixed but with us being the first staying in this property i know all the little bugs have to be worked out. I know we would love to stay again if the pool is fixed. This was a big disappointment. Loved how close we were to the beach.

The experience exceeded my expectations in several ways.First and foremost, cleanliness is a top priority for me when it comes to accommodations, and I was delighted to find that this rental was impeccably clean. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that the property had been well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.One of the aspects that impressed me the most was that the property was exactly as it had been presented in the photos. There were no surprises or disappointments in terms of the appearance and amenities. What you see in the pictures is precisely what you get – a charming, well-furnished, and comfortable space.Another highlight of our stay was the location. The rental was conveniently situated near beach access, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful shoreline of Myrtle Beach. We could easily take leisurely strolls on the beach, watch the sunrise and sunset, and indulge in the relaxing coastal atmosphere.While I have mostly positive feedback about this rental, I do have one minor criticism. The couches in the theatre room could have been cleaner. Given that cleanliness was such a strong point throughout the rest of the property, this minor discrepancy stood out. However, it didn't significantly affect our overall enjoyment of our stay.In conclusion, my stay at this rental was a delightful experience. The high level of cleanliness, accurate representation from the photos, and convenient beach access made it a memorable vacation. Although there was a minor issue with the cleanliness of the theatre room couches, it was a small hiccup in an otherwise outstanding stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to others seeking a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway.

Great for a company retreat!

Each guest had their own room and bathroom while all still being close together for activities. The property is so close to beach access and while it doesn't offer any ocean views, it was such a quick walk when we wanted to go. The kitchen had three refrigerators to stock up all of our drinks and snacks. The movie room has a projection screen and easily converted to our presentation room for work functions.

The rental staff were very helpful and responded quickly to any of our requests. There were lots of cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Everything was clean. The location was great for safety, for the beach proximity and we had golf carts to take us to the local stores but there were no stores or shops within immediate walking distance. I would definitely come here again.

The houses were a good size, but the internet connection did not reach several rooms and in one of the houses we regularly saw cockroaches. The houses were also farther away from large chain grocery stores and restaurants, which was slightly inconvenient. The customer service rep I spoke to when booking the properties was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Great stay in Cherry Grove!

Our group of 40 had a wonderful stay. Ages ranged from 4 to 54 and a great time was had by all. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. Having 3 fridges and 3 dishwashers was a bonus. The TV room was great. The rooms had good beds and TVs. No complaints there. The only thing lacking was a gathering place other than the TV room or car port, We did not use a few bedrooms and would have preferred a living room but for a larger group that would be a con. Overall very nice, new house. Beach is a very short walk. I recommend using Cherry Grove Beach gear to set up umbrellas so you can claim a spot early.

Family reunion and small wedding

The property was perfect for us. The elevator did not want to work and the top floor dryer smelled like dog. But they were small issues and it suited us well. Beautiful building inside and out.

House was awesome for our large group, customer service was great, distance to the beach was perfect, pool was disappointing. House feedback: would have liked the common space to be combined (rather than a bedroom in between); being only 5' tall, some things were difficult to reach (bathroom hooks, dryers); the amenities and kitchen equipment/utensils were great...had everything you could need!!! Pool feedback: disappointing as it was extremely small. Was also somewhat damaged, making the pool look dirty and uninviting (but was safe to swim in). Would have also liked to see more space around the pool...not enough room for a big group.
