Everything and more

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Pool, hot tub and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Epic sunrises and an abundance of shells. The house is just as it is described, and it was perfect for us and our dog. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

It was the perfect location. Short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. the house its self was very cute and the bed was super comfortable. Only negative would be the living room, the mini split was noisy. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay.

Perfect Weekend Visit

The property was great. Super close to the beach. The pool was a huge plus. Joe and Lisa were both great. Thought we had a small issue when checking in, texted Lisa and she responded right away (ended up being no problem)! Joe came by the next morning to double check and also deliver some sweet treats!! We also forgot our beach wagon, and Joe was kind enough to bring us one while we were gone to lunch! For being a property that allows dogs, everything was so clean you couldn’t even tell other dogs had ever been there. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed our trip.

Perfect spot for a small family!!

Quiet, Close to Beach, Pet Friendly with POOL - WOW

I asked several questions prior to booking and all communication was handled promptly! To have so much, so close to the beach was great. Hwy 17 only a short distance while in residential area, it is nice to be off the beaten track and find this little oasis. So you get a small but efficient space to sleep, while having the pool and hot tub and great chill out space. Our pet was happy, my teen was happy. We were happy. Great Hosts, Great tenants above also. We stayed local and ate some fantastic food at The Whole Food Mediterranean Grill and Good Fellas Seafood Hut Try the place out and see if you dont want to come back again soon. I do!

Great location

This place is so awesome 2 short blocks from beach. Pool area is perfect my husband fell in love with the hot tub. We also brought our pup that was the bonus. This was our first time in North Myrtle beach and fell in love with area ,will definitely be back.

should've stayed longer

I knew I'd love this place when I saw the outside swing, cozy chairs, hot tub, grill, and fire pit inviting me to come on over and sit a spell. And then I stepped inside and some of the first thoughts I had were had charming and comfortable it appeared. Extremely clean, I mean even if I'd tried to find any dirt/crumbs/etc I couldn't. Very convenient kitchen with small microwave, 2 burner hotplate,toaster oven, and kerig coffee maker and essentials to boot. Folks just need to experience this sweet home for themselves. There's so much more than I've mentioned here.

Great location. Very clean. Family friendly

This location and house was great for a family of 4. We brought our dogs for their first beach trip. Very clean and accommodating to all our wants and needs. Very close to beach and loved spending time by the amazing pool and porch swing. We absolutely loved it! The owners were great and communicated with us. They were very responsive before I even booked.

Joe and Lisa's "Latitude unit" saved my family vacation.

A month prior to our annual family vacation -Michigan to North Myrtle Beach, we rescued two pups found abandoned in a neighboring Detroit park. Since our Bluegreen Timeshare is not pet friendly, we thought we would have to Board these two little dingos which would have been a confusing and stressful adjustment for them. A quick Google Search for the area of Windy Hill and this VRBO came up and looked like just the ticket. Easy reservation process and we were booked! Joe and Lisa were EXTREMELY attentive to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I am a serious home chef and tend to eat in each meal so it was tricky to navigate w/o stove but i found it a challenge to conquer and we were successful. The unit has a wonderful BBQ area outside which we used daily. Hoping to stay upstairs next time if full kitchen space is available :) So how did Joe and Lisa save our family vacation? They welcomed me and a girl friend to stay PLUS our new-to-us dogs. When we went to the beach, the dogs stayed quietly on the unit in kennels that we brought with us. My husband and our two adult kids stayed at the Bluegreen timeshare, but could come over to this delightful VRBO within walking distance to visit us and/or let the dogs out and /or walk them leashed around the block. Beautiful neighborhood. Aside: The pool became operational during our stay and this was a delightful addition. I look forward to visiting again! Highly recommend. Love, Victoria

Amazing Location & Attentive Hosts!

Our family (myself, 2 teen daughters & 2 dogs) stayed in the Latitude Adjustment property last week for 4 nts having driven down from PA. Joe & Lisa communicated via with the app prior to our arrival about check-in and Joe was at the property to greet us. He directed us - in his Southern drawl:) to park our car in an adjacent neighbor’s driveway (due to installation of an in ground pool on property). The place was absolutely perfect for what we wanted, what was described and what we experienced. Lisa was around doing this & that at least once each day, not in an intrusive way as privacy was clearly respected for all visitors to the property, & at the same time, I also enjoyed many brief conversations with Lisa where she was fully present, despite how busy she is maintaining several properties with Joe during busy season! Property is very close to beach access and beautiful beach it is! Only actionable feedback would be the listing of the trundle bed as having two twin mattresses (as trundles do). The bottom mattress was not there and the wood had some exposed breakage and when opened. Luckily my 2 teenagers were happy to share the double bed instead of the trundle as we planned; I got the top of the trundle which felt a little unsturdy due to the “missing” trundle.. This was noted in a message to L & J so I feel confident that it is something they would address. We ❤️ the Outdoor bungalow area! We’ll be back! I have a pic to share w you Lisa!

Not as presented nor expected

The property appears as a two bedroom house, upon my arrival I discovered it was a basement with one bedroom and extra room with a couch vs two twin beds as advertised. Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, hair in the shower cabin was left from the previous owners, bathroom door had actual dirt from hands opening it. In the kitchen a giant dead black bug under table, and live house cockroaches running on the surface. The noise from the neighbors living above was waking us up at night and early in the morning, stumping and flushing the toilet was hard to ignore right above our heads, as the house is old with poor noise isolation. After my departure the owner has accused me of making a hole in a quilt which is impossible since it was used as intended on the bed. After communication with the owner I was told the wrongful accusation is dropped and I can recieve my deposit, however they had no intention of doing so. Still hoping to resolve this matter as no damage was done to anything by anyone in my party during our short stay.

Latitude Adjustment

Lisa and Joe are wonderful! I didn’t have any issues but they checked in with me to make sure it was a smooth transition. The pictures just don’t do this cute little place justice. All the adorable little beach touches throughout make it even better. The beds are soft and the place was impeccably clean. Just what I was looking for. And not even 300 steps from the beach! What more could you want? I will always reach out to them when planning a trip to this area and recommend them as well.
