This unit did not fail to exceed the prior reviews! The unit has absolutely everything you need to have an enjoyable week at the beach. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves and the beautiful sunrises. The closet on the patio is well stocked with beach toys for the kids, umbrellas and a couple of chairs. We will return next year!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family beach vacation. It was immaculately clean, located in a quiet, peaceful area, and just steps from the beach with super easy access — no stairs, no hassle!We really appreciated the detailed instructions provided for everything in the unit, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. The parking garage was convenient and spacious, and we never had to worry about finding a spot.The condo was also incredibly well stocked — from beach gear and kitchen essentials to board games and entertainment. Our child especially loved the Xbox Series X and PS4 — a huge hit!We felt right at home and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Perfect for family

There was 8 of us, plenty of room so that we weren't on top of each other. This place felt like a home. The view from the balcony is stunning. The beach was not crowded which was very nice. The condo was spotless, smelled clean and fresh. Mr Martin was very helpful and good at communicating. There was an issue that he had fixed very quickly. I have to say this was my favorite place we have stayed

Absolutely amazing

We had stayed in the area a previous year so we knew about the area and the beach. The condo was absolutely incredible and the views were amazing! The proximity to the beach is so close and very convenient. The condo had everything we needed and more. The host was very informative and provided lots of information about the area food / dining. He will keep you well informed of the process and how to operate the appliances and electronics. This was exactly what we needed as a family and everything was comfortable and so clean. I can’t wait to go back again!!

Amazing rental!

We loved everything about this property. Doug is a great communicator. The condo was very clean, easily the most clean one we’ve stayed in! It’s in a great location close to our favorite part of the beach. Doug has thought of everything and has all you’ll need for your stay! It made a stay with 3 little kids much easier on us! Love this place!

First impression walking in was a nice fresh smell and how bright and clean it was. It’s very tastefully decorated and well-appointed with everything you could need for your stay. I appreciated the attached parking garage with elevators to your floor. It made lugging all your stuff in and out a breeze. Being on the fifth floor gives you a great view of the ocean but you’re low enough to recognize people. The private balcony was great, especially for morning coffee and evening unwinding. The owner’s meticulous attention to details was awesome, both in supplying everything you would need in the condo to making sure we had all the information we needed before and during our stay. Would give our host, Doug, 100/10 for communication. We were pleased with the quieter area of Cherry Grove. We thoroughly enjoyed the huge variety of restaurants not too far away and found it fairly easy to get around. It was a great vacation!

A Great Place to Gather and Relax

Our attention was drawn to this property by the excellent reviews, the location and all this property had to offer. We were not disappointed. The stretch of beach where the condo is located was quiet and uncrowded. An added bonus for us was the Cherry Grove Point which was an easy 5 minute beach walk - we spent hours at the point at low tide using the nets provided by the host to catch and study sea life. We also spent sunset evenings at the point flying the kites we brought. When we were not on the beach, we were gathered together on the porch overlooking the ocean - eating breakfast/lunch and relaxing. We also made full use of the well-stocked kitchen to prepare family meals for dinner. The large refrigerator was a definite bonus. The interior space was well thought out in terms of materials and arrangement and although we had three adults and four children in our party, it felt like we had enough space. The host is detail-oriented, a good communicator and easily accessible. We had a great stay and gladly recommend this property to you.

Great property

We’ve stayed in many places in NMB over the years & This unit & building rank high the list of places we would return to. Here are a few things that are important to me that were included in this unit. -Self checkin with keyless entry -Well appointed kitchen with gently used pots, pans, etc -Clean, comfortable, leather furniture -Tile floor that was easy to sweep up any sand -Comfortable, well maintained balcony furniture -Ample covered parking but we chose to park in the parking lot to make it easy to keep our beach things in our trunk Doug was a great communicator & genuinely cared about our stay. He has thought of all the little things & keeps everything organized for ease of access. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit or stay again myself.

The unit was just as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked with all that's needed to cook on site. We had to contact the host about a building repair issue and he was very accommodating and engaged with our concerns. I would highly recommend renting from this Premier Host.

Adult family trip

The condo was nice and clean. The full size bed could be upgraded. I had to buy a foam mattress topper just to get a little comfort sleeping on the bed. I left it there in case future guests need it. Other than that everything was as Doug described it. Doug was also great with communication. The hot tub was out of commission all week and the maintenance man said it had been down for a while and no clue when it would be fixed. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen for our week there. Access to the beach is on point! The view is absolutely amazing. We would recommend this spot for vacation and we would stay there again.
