Communication was prompt. Room was just right for the 4 of us and our dog. A little tight when pull out sofa was utilized but still worked out just fine. Only concerns was when pull out sofa was ready to use the down comforter cover for mattress was still wet from being washed so was glad to have the onsite laundary to dry it. Also, just wish there was some more greenery outdoors for dog to use potty since only greenery to go potty on was someone else's property, but again just had to walk around and try to find spots closeby or walk down to the beach. Overall, would recommend for a short trip and would probably stay again.
