We arrived later than expected Sunday night. We had already called the managers and let them know. They communicated us where to get the key, which was right where they said, and then we were off.
As we arrived, we were disappointed because it appeared there was a dorm party on the ground floor, there was loud music, lot of cursing... .Just not the family experience I was expecting. The parking was not enjoyable because of all the cars at the downstairs apartments, so unloading a midsize SUV was a task. Nevertheless, when we arrived the only complaint my wife had was there was no live TV and there wasn't a TV in the bedrooms. To me this was perfect.
On the second day, we noticed the coffee maker was broken. I messaged the manager, who told me they would get right on it. No more than a couple hours we had new coffee maker.
The A/C was great and the water was hot... Hard to ask for much more when on the road in the summer in South Carolina (Hot and Sweaty!)
All in all, by the time we left this morning, we thought the property was pretty good. It was definitely better than what we expected the week would be after arriving Sunday night.
