« I was left a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the resort considering it was a 5-Star Fairmont property. There was frequently trash that wasn’t picked up around the pool areas. Empty cups and plates were strewn throughout the property. Just left me asking for more considering how much we paid for our stay. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice resort but I’ve stayed at other 5-Star resorts that were cleaner and more attention to the little details. »

« Perfect getaway for a birthday celebration! The suite was very spacious, clean, and organized. We loved the automatic fireplace and the romantic jetted tub—perfect for relaxing with some candles at night. We also appreciated the complimentary wine they gave us. We had a blast decorating the room for the birthday party. Amazing value for the price. We will definitely be back! »

« Lovely resort in terms of location, facilities, and very relaxed atmosphere. For a resort with the reputation of The Boulders, I would have expected the service to be better and more consistent. While we met some truly excellent people, there were a number who were just doing a good job and lacked a bit of energy and desire to go the extra mile. The room also needed a little love, with a few dings in the door, chipped paint work etc. Overall, we would definitely come back, but probably only...
