« The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The room service young lady was lovely. However that’s all the positives. Negatives. We had already paid an agency but were asked to provide credit card details on a piece of paper, just unsafe as anyone could access it when stored in an office. The staff took umbrage when I pointed out how wrong this was. No details then no stay, we had no option. The small car park was not marked so it was a free for all. Also a space wasted to an old vintage...

« Scarborough Hill Country Inn is a a gem! We were pleased to be offered a room upgrade when we arrived as we had initially booked a small double room and a larger room was available. We were very happy with the room offered - bright, airy, thoughtfully furnished and extremely clean. An extensive range of teas, coffee and hot chocolate were provided in the room along with complementary water. The restaurant was busy, however staff were attentive, nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars for the food...
