Some of the information in the listing is inaccurate. The bed is a full size not a queen. The building is not smoke free. Everyone on the property was smoking. There were ashtrays outside all the units. Parking is listed as an amenity. On arrival the HOA president told us we needed a parking permit and it was 25 a day. He said only the owner was allowed to park there. Property management company got involved and handled the issue. The unit was very dirty. The sofa is totally sunken in and has a cover on it that is filthy. I think it’s supposed to be white but it is so dirty that it’s gray. The two pillows on the sofa are dirty and ripped up. Area rug is disgusting. The bed has what looks to be blood stains on it. The pillows are all flat and stained. The bed itself was unusable. It was like sleeping on a lumpy piece of wood. Had to go to the store and purchase an air mattress after the first night of no sleep. The unit needs some maintenance and cleaning. The pros were that Experience Vacation Rentals were responsive and handled the parking issue right away. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and a full fridge. The outside area is beautiful. Pool and facilities were clean and wonderful. It was also a great location. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk.
