« The space is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the location is absolutely wonderful! Super convenient. Host was very accommodating. »

« Modern and attractive with any amenity you may need for a longer stay. »

« The house was fantastic! And I just loved the location. For anyone this is a perfect spot near a very walkable grocery store and restaurants. I absolutely love it.I can highly suggest anyone to rent this location. Only one small issue… The “check out” instructions online doesn’t match the written instructions inside. So my brother and I fallowed the written instructions on the inside. »

« The location was beautiful. The studio was lovely a great space. But I was a little disappointed on how the bathroom smelled like mildew and I had to keep the air vent fan on the entire stay as well as the washer had the most disgusting odor. There’s no windows that could be opened, so when we were cooking breakfast, I had to leave the front door open. There also were a few large dead spiders in the corners. There was no garbage bags, no sponge to wipe the dishes before putting them in the...

« Pleasant overall. I did have to reconnect the internet to the TV to get the TV to work but that wasnt a big deal. »

« Great place with comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Won’t hesitate to book here again in the future and recommend to friends and family. »

« The location of this facility was ideally close to many Seattle activities and the front yard was a beautiful mass of flowers. Unfortunately, it was not available for guests staying in the efficiency, behind the garage. Backyard was lackluster with a table and uncomfortable chairs. Efficiency is a bit larger than a standard hotel room and would have been better suited for a 1-2 night stay. A short warm shower, left the second person with a cold shower. Wardrobe can accomodate limited clothing...

« Nice, quiet place. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a good grocery store. The 8 minute walk to the grocery goes through a forested park. I’ve never been happier to have forgotten something so I had to go back. »

« Incredibly well stocked condo which made the trip very comfortable. The condo was very clean, quiet and had a lot of amenities. It was very convenient to have a dedicated parking spot in the back of the condo, the parking is tight but our rental car was a small/compact SUV and I was able to park it just fine. Really enjoyed staying here and would book this location again if I am ever back in Seattle. »

« Excellent and comfortable accommodations in a great central location. Vince is friendly and responds quickly to any questions. Would stay here again. »
