With four bedrooms, three king beds, accommodations for up to nine guests, and a rare flat lakefront lot, this peaceful retreat is ideal for families, friends, Alabama weekends, and relaxing getaways on the water.



Large windows fill the home with natural light and showcase beautiful lake views from the living room and bedrooms. Gather in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or step outside to the lakefront patio for dinner with a view. Important: We do not accept reservations from local guests unless approved by the management. Please contact us before booking if you are a local guest.



-Hot Tub is temporarily out of order.



• Must be at least 25yrs old to book.

• Guests are welcome to check in at 4:00 PM CST.

• Kindly check out by 10:00 AM CST.



House Rules:

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Parties/events are not allowed.



Quiet Enjoyment:

• We kindly request all guests to observe quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Security Measures:

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors in the house that monitor the decimal level of the noise.



Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
