« The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. « The walls on the first floor are very thin. Every door you can hear slam and people talking on their rooms. The room had everything needed and the breakfast was satisfactory. »

My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. « This hotel lacks corporate investment. The rooms are clean, but amenities are scarce. There is just one fast food restaurant in this casino and Cattleman restaurant is open for 4 hours day and no room service or breakfast on site. You have to pray for door dash. The Louisiana Board walk is Zombie movie set. I was so disappointed. Food was aweful. I went to KFC and went back Texas. »
