« Qualite du service Emplacement »

« Charming hotel but there was no heating in the bathroom which was very cold (10 C). You can feel the freezing cold through the windows and walls. »

« Great city centre location, excellent staff, very comfortable room. »

« Proximity to the train station is quite nice and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel because the room itself was not well maintained. There was black mould growing in the shower because it wasn’t properly sealed. I also couldn’t find a pillow that was very comfortable. But the most frustrating part was there was an intermittent and very loud rumbling sound in my room that kept me awake almost the entire night. I turned off my AC but that didn’t stop it. The...

« The staff were very kind and helpful. Special (and heartfelt) thanks to Sabina! »

« Hôtel tout à fait correct situé près de la gare, dans un quartier calme avec un bon pub et un bon café à proximité. J'ai pu visiter la ville à pied sans problème. Seul bémol : l'oreiller pas terrible, car tout plat. »

« Lavabo bouché. Matériel très vieillissant Petit déjeuner indigne. Personnel non préparé »

« Excellent value for money nice clean room friendly staff »

« The place was very accessibly to the city centre. The room was very clean, but some of the decor was a little tired. The bed was so comfortable. Lits of hot water for the shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money »

« The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn. »

« The staff were fabulous. Super helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The included breakfast incredible! »

« Old fashioned property with heaps of charm. Big room and easy check in »

« L'hébergement ressemblait à celui d'une auberge de jeunesse. Il n'y avait pas de salle de bain dans la chambre, ce à quoi nous ne nous attendions pas. Les photos sur hotels.com étaient trompeuses. Par ailleurs, le restaurant situé en dessous était excellent, bien qu'un peu cher. Nous n'y retournerions pas en raison de l'absence de salle de bain privée. »
