THE HOME

Layout: three bedrooms upstairs, one on the main floor. Four queen beds, one single, and two queen air mattresses for the living area when groups push toward full 13-guest capacity. Two desks in the upstairs bedrooms work well for guests pairing a Norwich trip with a remote work day.

The living room has two couches, an armchair, and a decorative fireplace. The family room has a TV with Roku, a dining table that fits everyone, and a poker table for the inevitable late-night game. The kitchen is fully stocked — cookware, sharp knives, the basics — so cooking for the group is realistic, not a stretch.

Outside: multi-level deck, gas BBQ, outdoor dining seating. Four driveway spots plus street parking, so even three or four cars works without hassle.

CAPACITY NOTE

The official sleep count is 13, which assumes the two queen air mattresses and/or cots are deployed in the living room. Groups of 8-10 will find this very comfortable in beds only; groups pushing to 13 should be ready to use the air mattresses or cots for two of the guests.
